Stylish Boho Home Private backyard

A beautiful, private retreat with a private backyard featuring a large mature tree that stands over 100 ft tall, surrounded by a large deck with seating for gatherings of any size. We welcome Small Dogs (sub 35lb) $50/day. This will be billed separately. IMPORTANT: We do not allow parties at this house. We've had some locals rent this space and be very disruptive to our neighborhood. Please book somewhere else if you're looking to throw a party. The space Stylish bohemian home in a quiet neighborhood, but is also a short distance away from the main roads with restaurants and activities! This house offers an open kitchen and living room with kitchen utensils-75" Smart TV-High-speed internet-we provide fresh bedding, towels, soap, hangers, spare blankets and much more. Some extra info just in case! The master bedroom is down stairs in the basement. Our loft area is locked due to safety reasons, however if you need to access the router you can always text us for the access code! Last but not least our thermostat is nest, so you are able to adjust it to a comfortable temperature just for you! We can remotely assist you in adjusting the temperature if you'd like. Other things to note There is a large propane BBQ located right off the deck. Entertain your entire family with yummy food and end the night relaxing on the patio furniture located on the deck near the BBQ and under a very large and very beautiful tree. Activities are plentiful with hiking, swimming, fishing, BYU, Skiing etc.. Additional guests after the first two incur an additional $10 per night per guest. This is reflected automatically in the price when booking the home. This additional charge helps us cover the additional cost for supplies (shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towels), and utilities. The home has a loft, but access for guests is not allowed. The stairs are steep, and we kindly ask our guests to refrain from using/playing on them.
