Our loft area is locked due to safety reasons, however if you need to access the router you can always text us for the access code! Last but not least our thermostat is nest, so you are able to adjust it to a comfortable temperature just for you! We can remotely assist you in adjusting the temperature if you'd like. We will be accessible by text or phone to promptly assist with anything you may need! The home is in the heart of Springville. Located just a block away from the city splashpad and playground and just a quick drive to hobble creek canyon, BYU, Coffee shops, and many restaurants. We are situated a few blocks from the bus line that travels to both nearby colleges and main shopping areas in Springville. If you prefer a more private way of transportation Uber and Lyft are also available. There is a large propane BBQ located right off the deck. Entertain your entire family with yummy food and end the night relaxing on the patio furniture located on the deck near the BBQ and under a very large and very beautiful tree. Activities are plentiful with hiking, swimming, fishing, BYU, Skiing etc..
