Walk to coffee shops, shopping, and great restaurants. Each bedroom includes a white noise machine for restful sleep. Enjoy fast Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and a cozy outdoor space—perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The space SOL - is a beautifully renovated 710 sq. ft. 1946 cottage designed for comfort and style. The living area features a full-size leather sofa, swivel chair, and 55” smart TV. The fully stocked kitchen offers a new full-size stove, fridge, microwave/oven combo, quartz countertops, Keurig, and a complete Ninja blender set. Both bedrooms include king-size beds with Novaform 14” Comfort Grande mattresses, 42” TVs, and six-drawer storage. The bathroom features an open shower, vanity, and ample cabinet space. A full-size washer and dryer are also included for your convenience. Outside, relax on the spacious patio with colorful Adirondack chairs and a table beneath two 100-year-old oaks that provide a shady canopy. A park-style charcoal grill awaits your favorite BBQ meals. Private parking for one vehicle is included, with additional street parking available directly in front. Need more space? Ask about Luna, the sister cottage next door that sleeps up to four guests. Guest access Guests have full access to their private cottage, as well as the shared laundry room located between the two cottages. Other things to note Exclusive for our guests, we offer personal driving services for your local adventures—whether it's airport transfers, dinners, sightseeing, or special events. There's no need to rent a car! The owner, a Tampa Bay native, knows the area well and can transport up to five guests in a clean, safe, and reliable vehicle. Most transportation must be scheduled in advance and includes an additional fee. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities. All linens—including comforters, sheets, blankets, bath, beach, kitchen, and hand towels—are professionally laundered and disinfected after every guest. Bedroom and bathroom rugs are made of PVC leather and thoroughly sanitized between stays.
