Large house with plenty of space for family or group who want to experience what Indre Nordfjord has to offer. Paved parking space outside the house. If you want fewer people around, you can go to Kjenndalen or Bødalen in Loen and experience the glaciers there. On the water in the valley, there is a tourist boat in the summer season. It's a trip that's definitely worth taking. You can also rent a boat or canoe for (fishing) trips on the water. In the mountains around Loen you can go on many different mountain hikes. The trip to Skåla (1848 meters above sea level) is perhaps the most famous. Also in Stryn, Olden and Oppstryn there are many relevant tours. They can find many hiking suggestions online. A easy trip can be to Tvinnefossen on Hopland, which is about 37 km from Rake. The trip is 1.4 km to walk on a flat road. It is a special experience to stand behind a waterfall. Indre Nordfjord Turlag organizes tours. It's all from easy afternoon to longer overnight trips. Loen Skylift's gondola runs from the fjord and up the mountain Hoven 1011 meters above sea level. You can also rent a bike there. Stryn city center is about 7 km from Rake. Stryn Winter Ski is located a few kilometers from Stryn city centre.
