Our boat is moored at the dock on the banks of the Marne, in a quiet and green setting. The lapping of the water, the ducks in the early morning, the light on the river — the change of scenery begins as soon as you set foot on board, less than an hour from Paris. The whole boat is private. You're at home, with a separate entrance. 🛋️ The living room A warm living space with a sofa bed, dining table, board games and reading material. A Pioneer Bluetooth audio system allows you to play your own music. A workspace is set up in this living room. 🛏️ The bedroom and sleeping arrangements Bedroom: 1 double bed, with closet, hangers, cotton bed linen, extra pillows and blankets, and blackout curtains for really dark nights. Living room: 1 sofa bed. Maximum capacity: 4 guests. 🍳 The kitchen Fully equipped for cooking on board: gas stove and stovetop, microwave oven, fridge and mini fridge, electric kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, wine glasses, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, oil, salt and pepper. You have everything you need for a real breakfast facing the Marne or an impromptu dinner. 🚿 The bathroom A bathroom with hot water, hairdryer, shower gel, and Dove body soap. Towels, sheets and toilet paper are provided. 🌅 The rooftop and the outdoors The highlight of the boat: a private rooftop with outdoor furniture, sun loungers and an al fresco dining area. Sunset aperitif, morning coffee facing the water — this is the place to be. Beach essentials (towels, deck chairs, umbrella) are available. The boat is right next to the body of water, with direct access to the lake via the dock. Opposite, a nautical center — canoes, kayaks, boats, paddleboards — and an open-air café liven up the beautiful weather. 🌡️ Thermal comfort Portable air conditioner, portable fans, additional heater and radiant heater make it possible to adjust the temperature according to the season. 🚗 Parking Free parking on premises, without reservation or additional fees. Guest access 🔒 The boat is entirely private: you have the entire vessel — bedroom, living room, kitchen, shower room and rooftop — during your entire stay. No space is shared with other guests or with the hosts. 🚪 Private, independent entrance. 🕒 Check-in: between 3 p.m. and 11 p.m. 🧳 Check-out: before 11:00 AM. 🚗 Parking: free on-site, close to the boat. ⚓ Waterfront access: access is from the dock, boarding via the footbridge. The boat has changes in level; it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. A workspace is set up in the living room. 💧 Right by the water. The boat is moored on the banks of the Marne, with a body of water directly accessible. Constant supervision of children is essential. ⚠️ Rooftop without a barrier. The elevated space does not have a guardrail around its entire perimeter. It should be used with caution and under constant supervision with young children. ⛵ Living on a boat. The space is optimized, and the dimensions are those of a boat: ceilings, passageways, and storage are more compact than in a house. That's precisely what makes the place charming, but it's better to know. There are level changes on board. ❄️ Air conditioning. The boat is equipped with a portable air conditioner, supplemented by fans. During periods of intense heat, its effectiveness remains limited by the boat's volume and exposure. 🌿 Environment. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. In front of the boat are an open-air café and a nautical center, open in the summer: this creates a friendly atmosphere during the day and in the early evening 🍹, and occasionally there are sporting events on weekends 🏃 The setting remains very relaxing, including at night 🌙 🧺 Not provided on board.
