The Malvasia family's period residence in the centre of a park with centuries-old trees. The tranquillity of the countryside and the beauty of the hills will welcome you to a unique environment. From 1 May, guests will be able to enjoy a large swimming pool and a hot tub surrounded by greenery, located just a 4-minute walk away and overlooking the hills. The swimming pool and hot tub are shared with the guests of our residences, La Quercia and Ca' Palazzo. Access is available every day from 9:30 am to 10:30 pm. The villa offers large common areas, ideal for group stays, private events and business meetings: * Large living room of about 50 square metres * Breakfast/lunch room of over 55 m² * Fully equipped kitchen available to guests (13 m²) ## Panoramic swimming pool and wellness area From 1 May, the panoramic swimming pool and the whirlpool area will be available, accessible via a pleasant walk of about 7 minutes. The areas are shared with the La Quercia and Ca' Palazzo facilities and are open every day from 9:30 am to 9:00 pm. The property enjoys a unique location, next to Villa Grifone, the historic home of Guglielmo Marconi, in the heart of the hills of Bologna. They are allowed at a cost of €14.90 per dog. Pool and jacuzzi are shared with guests of our two other facilities: La Quercia and Ca’ Palazzo. Seasonal opening from May 1st to the end of October from 9:30 am to 9:00 pm The swimming pool is generally open from April to October. The opening and closing dates may vary each year depending on weather conditions. For stays in April and October, please contact us in advance to confirm that the swimming pool will indeed be available during your stay. The Management reserves the right to close the swimming pool, including without prior notice, in the event of adverse weather conditions (e.g. thunderstorms) and/or failure to comply with the rules, which can be viewed in full online and are displayed at the pool entrances.
