Starting June 20th, guests can enjoy a large swimming pool and a hot tub surrounded by nature, just a 7-minute walk away, with beautiful hill views. The pool and hot tub are shared with guests of La Quercia and Ca’ Palazzo. Open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The space Historic Villa Immersed in Nature A historic residence surrounded by nature, located in the heart of a private 80-hectare park, just 13 km from Bologna city center and 9 km from the Bologna Casalecchio highway exit. The villa features a spacious 50 sqm living room, a 55+ sqm breakfast and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen of over 13 sqm available for our guests. Starting June 20th, guests can enjoy a panoramic swimming pool and hot tub, located just a 7-minute walk away, shared with La Quercia and Ca’ Palazzo, and open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Just minutes from the city, you will find an oasis of peace and tranquility, next to Villa Grifone, the historic home of Guglielmo Marconi, nestled among the Bologna hills. Business Meetings The property is available for corporate meetings, equipped with a projector and flip chart, for an additional one-time fee of €149.00, even for multi-day meetings. Photos of a small meeting room layout are attached. For larger events, we will provide a custom quote. Catering Services (Subject to Availability) Please note that lunch, dinner, aperitifs, cooking classes, and outdoor barbecues are managed by external partners and subject to supplier confirmation; availability is not guaranteed. Available Catering Services on Request: Buffet Breakfast: Managed directly by the property and available by reservation at least 48 hours in advance, at a cost of €10.00 per person per day. Lunch, Dinner or Aperitif at the Villa: Possibility to organize an exclusive dining experience with a private Chef, as shown in the attached images. Dinner featuring tapas, paella and sangria, prepared by specialised Spanish chefs. Cooking Class at the Villa: Upon request and confirmation, guests can join a cooking experience led by a professional Chef. Outdoor Barbecue: Guests can organize a barbecue in the park with Chef assistance, or independently by renting the villa's barbecue for €35.00. Independent Kitchen: Guests are free to use the villa’s kitchen to prepare their own meals. We can do the grocery shopping for you in advance, based on the list of items you provide, so everything your group needs will be ready at the villa. Service cost: €59.00. Each room is furnished with antique furniture and features a smart TV and air conditioning. The historic residence includes: Ground floor: 2 studio apartments with terraces, and a double room with a terrace. First floor: 1 triple room 2 quadruple rooms Second floor: The turret room in the historic tower of the building, designed for double occupancy. Large lounge area equipped for breakfast/lunch/dinner with various tables and chairs. A second spacious lounge with armchairs, a glass coffee table, and chairs. A fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, oven, coffee machine, and stove. A large adjacent garden with chairs and tables for outdoor dining. Regarding all outdoor spaces of the reserved structure, they may not be for exclusive use, as they could potentially be used for temporary passage of vehicles such as cars, tractors, or pedestrians. If you have dogs, please inform the property, as they are allowed with an additional charge of €14.90 per dog. Other things to note Upon request, you can organize the rooms/mini apartments as you prefer and add other rooms in nearby facilities. Upon request, we can provide you with the contact details of a partner catering company/or a private chef to have typical Bolognese lunches and dinners delivered to you to enjoy directly at home!
