You'll find a quiet and safe atmosphere during your stay. The room is located on the second floor of the building. WE DO NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR. There are only stairs. There are 24-hour staff to help you with your luggage. WE DO NOT HAVE PARKING, ONLY AN EXCLUSIVE PLACE IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL'S MAIN ENTRANCE THAT DOES NOT PAY PARKING METER. Free parking is available two blocks away in another building also managed by the same company. During the day or night, you can leave the car there at no cost. Guest access I recommend getting around with Uber or also using the DiDi app. It's the safest way to get around the city. After 8pm we recommend walking very carefully in the areas surrounding the property and throughout downtown Monterrey. Other things to note The building does not have parking, but it has an exclusive place outside the hotel on Avenida Madero for customers as well as parking meters around it. The parking meter hours are from 8am-8pm, Monday to Saturday.
