The estate is closed with a barrier opened by a remote control (requires access to the barrier) or an SMS from our phone numbers. The space The apartment is located in the last block on the housing estate, furthest from the street, on the 2nd floor. Its advantage is a panoramic window and a view of the green surroundings (not the blocks), which can be admired from an almost 11-meter balcony. Bathroom: about 5 m2. Equipped with washing machine, sink and bathtub. Living room with an annex: about 18 m2, with a table with 4 chairs, sofa bed IKEA ÄLVDALEN 135x194 cm, dresser. In the kitchen: refrigerator, induction stovetop, range hood, microwave oven, and a Cafissimo capsule coffee machine. Bedroom: about 12 m2 with an IKEA MALM bed 140x200 cm and an additional low mattress 10x90x190cm IKEA, bedside tables and a roomy closet. Hallway: about 6m2 with closet and hanger. We provide kitchen utensils, coffee, tea, bed linen, towels and all amenities as described. Other things to note If you need separate beds to be made, be sure to let me know right away when you book. Otherwise one bed will be made up. This is a flat on the outskirts of the city in a quiet family neighborhood. When you check out, please check that all belongings have been taken. Due to the health of the next guests, all items left are thrown away and the apartment is ozonated.
