Under penalty of fine to be charged through Airbnb. • Restrictions: - We are not responsible for lost and/or forgotten items during and/or after the stay. - Smoking (anything, be it cigarettes, vapes, hookahs, etc.) is strictly prohibited in the apartment! If the smell of cigarettes (or other substances) is detected, a fine of R$300.00 (three hundred reais) will be applied. • Pets: We are Pet Friendly. To visit us with your pet, check our pet policy: - We accept only one (01) small pet weighing up to 10 kg each per apartment. - A pet hosting fee of R$110.00 will be charged per stay for a maximum of 3 days. The expense will be charged after check-out through Airbnb. - In the event of any incident involving injuries to other people or animals, the pet owner will assume full and unrestricted responsibility for the incident, providing full assistance to the victim, and exempting the host from any liability. - The circulation of pets is allowed only in the SERVICE AREA with the assistance of a leash. - Leaving the pet alone in the apartment is not allowed. - We kindly request that dogs avoid persistent and continuous barking, and we ask for collaboration, common sense, and respect for other building residents. By making the reservation and paying the pet fee, the pet owner automatically acknowledges this liability waiver, exempting the host from any issues related to the pet.
