The space For the comfort of our guests, the property has: - Property decorated with new furniture, tailored and modern, open concept environment integrating living room, dining room and kitchen. - 1 Suite with king size bed, TV, wardrobe and air conditioning; - 1 bedroom with queen size bed, TV, wardrobe and air conditioning; - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 auxiliary bed, TV, wardrobe and air conditioning; - Living room with sofa and flat screen TV; - complete kitchen with refrigerator, cooktop, electric oven, sandwich maker, coffee maker, blender, pots, crockery and utensils; - dining room with table and 5 chairs; - 1 Social bathroom; - Large balcony with barbecue, jacuzzi with hydro (without heating) and external furniture; - Hotel quality bedding and bath (extra bed linen and towels are charged by Seazone); - Wi-fi available; - 2 covered parking spaces. * The apartment is situated in a condominium with a 10 minute walk to the beach. If the guest wishes an extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged. * One bath towel per guest and one face towel per bathroom are available, plus sheets for the number of guests indicated.
