Only guests that are listed on the reservation or have been approved by the host are allowed in the home or on the property. Violation of this rule will result in losing your entire security deposit. —Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight. Unapproved guests are an automatic $25 per guest/per day. —No pets allowed. —No smoking or vaping inside the house under any circumstances. —No illegal drugs or illegal activities on the property whatsoever. —Check-in is anytime after 4PM and check out by 11AM —Be careful when eating or drinking on furniture or beds. —Please respect the neighborhood by keeping all noise to a minimum. —Please be mindful to wipe or remove your shoes if it's muddy or wet outside. —With the exception of chairs, do not move or rearrange any furniture. —We welcome families, but our home is not child-proof. If you're staying with small children, feel free to move any plants or household items out of reach. —Please use provided makeup wipes to remove your makeup. $10 per towel will be charged for excessively soiled towels. —Excessive soil will be subject to an extra charge. Example: sticky floors, excessive dirty dishes, bodily fluids, confetti etc.... —Please do not attach decorations with heavy duty double sided tape. You will be subject to a charge for damages to drywall. —Do not place loose trash in outside trash bin. —If there are any signs of illegal activities, smoking inside the home, a party or event without consent of host, or violation of any other house rules, you may lose your entire security deposit. — We have a security camera at each entrance. They are always on and will be recording throughout your stay. The cameras do not record audio. —Treat our home with respect as though it were your own. Thank you!! ADDITIONAL TAXES AND FEES: Kansas City requires we collect and remit 7.5% tax on gross receipts and an Occupancy fee of $3.00 per room night.
