The space 🛏️ The Space We offer three thoughtfully designed bedrooms: • “Nara” (1st floor): Our largest room with a six-foot bed, a sofa bed for two additional guests, a river view, and a spacious en-suite bathroom. • “Varee” (2nd floor): A panoramic river view, six-foot bed, a cozy daybed, private balcony for morning coffee or sunset watching, and an en-suite bathroom. • “Natee” (2nd floor): A comfortable room with a five-foot bed and a large private bathroom. Though the smallest, it still offers plenty of space. Each room features air-conditioning, Smart TV, and full amenities for a comfortable stay. 🏡 Common Areas & Facilities • Two cozy living spaces for relaxing or gathering with family. • A fully-equipped Thai kitchen with a strong gas stove, complete cooking tools, plates, utensils, and a refrigerator. • Hi-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house. • A washing machine is available for long stays. • Security Cameras, for your safety and security, CCTV cameras are installed in the following areas: • In front of the house (entrance area) • On the riverside balcony These cameras are for security monitoring only and do not cover any private indoor areas. 🌅 Outdoor Highlight: The Riverside Terrace The wide terrace is the heart of the house—perfect for taking in the river view, catching the breeze, or enjoying quiet evenings by the water. Ask us for more details! 🛒 Local Convenience • A 7-Eleven is nearby and offers delivery service. • At the entrance of the alley near Krung Thon Bridge, you’ll find a marketplace, TOPS supermarket, and many delicious restaurants. • Food delivery apps work very well here, and many popular spots are just a few taps away. 🚤 Getting Around You can easily travel by boat! Just take a 15–20 minute walk or Tuk Tuk ride to Thewet Pier, where you can catch boats to places like Icon Siam, The Grand Palace, and other attractions—just 25 minutes away by river. 📌 Important Information Before Booking • Small to medium cars can park at the house, but vans or larger vehicles must drop off nearby (about 50 meters away). • The house has stairs and may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues or wheelchair users. • While the house is soundproofed, occasional boat noise may be heard due to the riverside location (mostly towboats at night). 🔇 House Rules – Please Read Carefully To respect the local community, we kindly ask you to follow these rules: • After 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., please lower music and voices on the riverside terrace. • Parties are not allowed. • Only registered guests may stay in the house. Please ask for permission if you’d like to invite others. • Violation of rules may result in a fine of 20,000 baht. 🛂 Check-in Requirements • Passport Information Required for TM.30 Registration In accordance with Thai immigration law, we are required to report the stay of all foreign guests to the authorities (TM.30). Access & Parking: The house is located in a charming but narrow alley. Please note: • Small to medium-sized cars can access the house and park on-site. • Large vehicles or vans must drop off passengers nearby and park approximately 50 meters away. • The house has stairs at the entrance and may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues or those using wheelchairs. River Location Notice: As the house sits directly on the Chao Phraya River: • There may be occasional boat noise, especially from towboats at night. • However, doors and windows are soundproofed to help ensure a restful stay.
