Formerly an isolated 170 m2 stone barn, completely renovated, in the heart of a 9-hectare meadow, in the Causses du Quercy Regional Natural Park. You will be ideally located close to many tourist attractions. When you return from your visits, the private indoor spa will be at your disposal. This house in a green setting will allow you to spend a relaxing vacation with family or friends. The space Gite on 3 levels. On the ground floor: fully equipped kitchen with basic necessities (sponge, towel, dishwashing liquid...). 2 coffee makers: a classic filter and a Dolce Gusto with capsules. Open living/dining room with access to the terrace. Board games, outdoor games, books. Separate toilet. Upstairs 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 1 bed in 180x190 that can be separated into 2 beds 90x190, 1 bedroom (master suite) with 1 bed in 160x200, open/en-suite bathroom and dressing room. A private bathroom with toilet. On the top floor a mezzanine bedroom with 4 beds in 80x190 that can be connected in 2 beds in 160x190. Space with children's games. Land with parking, garden, terrace, lounge with cushions and sun loungers. Covered 5 seater hot tub accessible year-round. - Linens included. - Free WiFi access. - Cleaning is optional (100 euros) to be paid on-site. - Deposit check of 300 euros to be provided.
