This private room includes your own private bathroom. My home is an oasis in Lubbock, a peaceful place of refreshing. The house is brand new, built in 2021 with a new, pillow top queen bed. The area is a fast-developing area of South Lubbock within minutes of Lubbock Cooper Schools, newly built stores, restaurants, and clinics. The interstate and loop give easy access to Texas Tech University and all major Lubbock hospitals, including Covenant and UMC medical centers, within 15 minutes. The space The house is quiet and comfortable. There are multiple device adapters and plugs throughout the house along with wifi for all your devices. The bathroom for guests is in the hallway and it is set aside for your private use. I work from home most days and am often in and out of the house, but I will give you your privacy throughout your stay. Guest access Parking is available on the street in front of my house. The house is on a quiet cul de sac. Parking is safe and easy. During your stay I do work from home some days and am often in and out of the house. But you will have plenty of privacy.
