In addition to the sea, which you can also experience by renting a dinghy at the port of Rodi, without forgetting that you can organize day trips to the Tremiti Islands, Gargano is an area rich in culture, history and nature. You can easily reach the maritime towns of Rodi Garganico with its port, Peschici and a little further away Vieste. From a naturalistic point of view, Lake Varano is very suggestive and boat trips are organized to discover views and history. Not far away is the Umbrian Forest, which allows you to enjoy a nice coolness on the hottest days, and for trekking enthusiasts there are several routes to do independently or with local guides.
