Your ski holiday will be unforgettable! Enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains and ski slopes in a luxury duplex penthouse that's only minutes walk to the slopes/chairlift. This area is as close as you'll get to ski-in-ski-out in Baqueira! Your duplex was completely renovated and is cozy and stylish. You'll be staying in the most charming part of Baqueira, La Pleta del Rey, with gourmet restaurants and ski shops right at your door. Private parking place + charger for electric cars. The space Here is what you'll find in your 100 m2 duplex penthouse: On the first floor there is an open american kitchen complete with all the cooking accessories, a spacious living room with 2 leather couches, a fireplace, dining table that can fit up to 8 people and TV with netflix, etc. There is also a full bathroom, a master bedroom and a large room with 3 individual beds (ideal for kids). Every bedroom has a mountain view. And last but not least is a stunning balcony-terrace where you'll enjoy Baqueira's best views. You'll be taking in the 180° panoramic views of the snow capped mountain range and ski resort while chilling on comfy lounge chairs. On the second floor you will find the master suit with more views of the mountains and slopes, a king size bed in a spacious room and a full bathroom (note that it's small as it's under the rooftop, but functional). The penthouse enjoys sunlight all day, is up two flights of stairs with NO elevator. Guest access There is a private parking space. You'll also find ski storage in the basement of the building but we recommend the Ski Shop next door that is 1 meter from the lift and will hold your skis and warm your boots for 6 Euros a day (and if you rent from them it's free). They're very helpful putting on the kid's boots. Some kids toys are provided. Electronic car charging may be available on site or it's available in a nearby hotel (paid). Full list of restaurant recommendations and local area info provided. Other things to note You're in the exclusive La Pleta "Del Rey" (given the name because the king of Spain's house is nearby). Here you have the luxury of being nestled in the village that lies at the top of the resort (avoiding the more mass-market hotel area at the bottom) and you'll enjoy a very short and flat walk to the quaint ski lift (100m away) that takes you directly to the center of the ski resort. Within only a few meters you'll find ski shops and restaurants, including some of the top rated in Baqueira. When you finish your day on the slopes, , or want to make a stop for lunch, you can ski right up to the base of the village, pop off your skis and walk home in only a couple of minutes. Check-in will be seamless, as someone (Spanish speaking) will be at the entrance waiting for you and will show you the apartment, to your parking and around the area (unlike many agencies who make you drive to their office to pick up keys and figure the rest out yourself). * the apartment is not fully "ski-in-ski-out" there is a short walk to the slopes.
