Lefakis Aegean Breeze Apartment is a 60sqm apartment, comfortable, with a capacity of 4 people, with its own entrance, elevated by 3 steps. It is located on the main road Ormos-Hora of Andros very close to the center of Ormos , the market, restaurants/cafes and a playground. At 60 meters there is a super market and the sea is 3 minutes away. It offers air conditioning, autonomous heating for the winter for an extra charge, solar & electric water heater. Two terraces roofed and free parking within the plot. The space The bedroom has a king-size bed and a private covered terrace with a clothes rack. A bathroom with a bathtub, a hall with a washing machine and a small closet with a mirror. Baby cot available. In the open plan dining-kitchen area there are: Large fridge-freezer, electric stove with oven and equipment with small appliances. The open space features Android TV 43" UHD with chromecast for transferring your mobile screen and play & assistant, a sofa that becomes a double bed and a second sofa bed. Free WIFI is available. Outside there is a covered area with built-in seats from where the entrance to the apartment is. There is a separate work table with a chair inside and a table with chairs on each balcony outside. All windows of the apartment have double glazing for the best possible sound and thermal insulation, curtains and shutters for blackout and folding screens. Guest access You can enter the accommodation without the owner's presence by handing over a temporary code, the key and the magnetic card will be found inside. The entire apartment is at the disposal of guests and as mentioned it is autonomous with its own entrance and its own terraces. Other things to note Andros is one of the closest, most beautiful and second largest island of the Cyclades. It is rich in water and vegetation, which is why its name used to be Hydrousa. To tour it you will need a car. During your stay here, we suggest you visit the five monasteries of the island, observe and photograph the chapels and visit the Foros cave. Andros has archaeological sites and many kilometers of mapped hiking trails. You can enjoy them either on your own or organized at times. Walking you will see picturesque villages, remarkable stone bridges, old watermills and windmills, springs with running water and small waterfalls. Visit Chora with its picturesque alleys, museums, the Invisible Sailor, the lower castle, photograph Tourlitis, the most beautiful lighthouse in Greece. Wake up early to enjoy the dawn, watching the sun rise from the sea all summer long. If you find yourself in the west of the island in the evening you will enjoy beautiful sunsets. Walk to the upper Castle above the village of Kochylos. In order not to miss the swim, explore as many beaches as you can, over 50, some easily accessible, others difficult, distant or close, some particularly beautiful, all with the cleanliness of the Aegean waters. Enjoy the coolness provided by the annual Meltemi and don't be afraid to play with the waves carefully. The sea of Ormos is suitable for swimming, fishing and windsurfing.
