Tranquil Private Short Stay Queen Balcony Room

Live like a Bangkok local in the quiet leafy suburb that's only moments from Sukhumvit Road and the Green line BTS. Our large 70's built home has been divided into 3 separate private apartments. This Queen room with its own Private Balcony is located on the first floor above the ground. There are 4 private rooms tat share this space including the bathroom, outdoor kitchen and pond view patio. The space Each room has a desk, armchair, closet, bed and access to its own private balcony with Table and chairs. Fast wifi for working is also included. The bed is made and all linen is included, along with crockery and cutlery. Downstairs is a coin operated washing machine and free parking for a scooter (or car by arrangement) Guest access Each room is private and lockable. The large bathroom a is shared amongst the 4 rooms as is the covered outdoor kitchen. During your stay We meet our guests on arrival and are available during their stay. We do not operate as a hotel. There is no maid service & we do not come into your room during your stay unless absolutely necessary. Other things to note The property - including outdoor areas is strictly NON Smoking. There is only a 350 meter walk to Sukhumvit road, then its 300 metres to either Bang Chak BTS or OnNut BTS and supermarkets, Cinema, shops and fast food outlets
