You'll find: 4 private lakefront areas with picnic lawns, docks, and swimming spots 2 boat launches and a nearby marina for rentals A boat slip just a 10-minute walk (0.3 miles / 1500 ft) from the home Boat Restrictions: Max size: 23 ft (pontoons/sailboats up to 26 ft) Registration info for both boat and trailer is required before arrival Rented boats must comply with size limits GUEST ACCESS Contactless check-in via lockbox Full access to the house (except a portion of the basement) You'll receive a Digital Welcome Guide upon submission of required forms BOOKING REQUIREMENTS 75% of your group must be 30+ years old (children with parents excluded) Remaining guests must be 25+ A short-term rental agreement is required after booking (per community rules) This home is family-focused and not suitable for parties. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT This home is managed by a local real estate agent to ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service. A Rental Agreement and Reservation Form must be signed and submitted within 48 hours of booking.
