With a well equipped kitchen, full size oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, shower room, comfy chairs, smart TV, wifi & standard double bed. A peaceful setting, direct access to footpaths & cycle routes. A 4mins stroll to the village pub, 1hr walk/10min drive to Framlingham Castle & 30min drive to the coast. See also Waterpump Annex The space Set in the stunning Suffolk countryside Waterpump pod is beautiful, light and airy with french doors and small window above the bed. A voile curtain allows for privacy as well as shade from the sun and a thermal door curtain provides darkness and warmth. The pod is located in our meadow facing south across the fields with no light pollution allowing you to enjoy the stunning night skies. The views from the pod stretch down towards the River Alde, a small river that attracts plenty of wildlife, stoats, otters, barn owls and kingfishers plus much more. The pod has an ensuite shower room with thermostatic mixer shower, a comfortable standard double bed with 4 sumptuous pillows and seasonal duvet, towels and linens are also provided. The pod has a generously equipped kitchen with a full size electric oven, 2 ring Induction hob and large sink. A toaster and kettle plus some breakfast basics are also provided. Outside is a garden space with outdoor kitchen comprising of a standing height gas bbq with hob ring and grill. There are recliner wooden chairs and table for you to enjoy, storage space for bicycles, private bins/recycling area and outdoor storage box for muddy boots etc. The parking space comes with an electric vehicle charging point available through Monta. Guest access Our home is set in approx 4 acres of land accessed down a private track, the driveway entrance to our property also benefits from security CCTV. Our home is separated from the meadow by outbuildings and a gate. Our Airbnb Waterpump Annex forms the first part of our cottage and has its own outside space set out of view from the pod. Through the gate into our meadow facing south you will find Waterpump Pod spaciously set out and sheltered by the hedge behind. Further along the track at the far end of the meadow and out of sight of the pod is our adults only 5 van CL site. The meadow is for all to enjoy and benefits from footpaths in 4 directions. The whole area enjoys peace and quiet being set so far away from the roads with no immediate neighbours.
