Spacious and rustic apartment with terrace with 360-degree views of the entire Tuscan hillside in a period building. The apartment consists of 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 large bathroom, 1 fully equipped kitchen and 1 charming living room. Strategically located, a few minutes from our private swimming pool surrounded by olive groves and in the middle between Val D'Orcia, Chianti, Siena and Arezzo. The apartment is renovated and located in the beautiful historic village. The space The kitchen is new and fully equipped to allow you to prepare delicious dishes using fresh local products, while you enjoy a breathtaking view from the window next to the stove. The living room is an oasis of relaxation with a large sofa, perfect for immersing yourself in your favorite programs on the Smart TV, which provides access to key streaming services like Netflix, Prime Video, and YouTube. After a day of sightseeing or pool fun, this space will be your ideal retreat. Additionally, there's a dedicated work corner complete with a table, comfortable chair, and power outlet for your laptop to help you stay productive during your stay. The two bedrooms, recently renovated and featuring double beds, offer a cozy and tranquil environment for your rest. Each room has a special touch: in the first, you'll find a cozy seating area with two armchairs and a comfortable footstool for maximum relaxation, while the window offers a view of the valley below. In the second bedroom, there's a perfect makeup area for your evening preparations, and you have access to the terrace with a table and two chairs from which you can enjoy spectacular sunsets. The bathroom, also recently renovated, features a shower with transparent glass, toilet, bidet, and sink. You'll also find toiletry sets for your personal hygiene and towels in various sizes to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. Finally, just under 200 meters from the apartment, you'll find the exclusive facilities of our second property, the centerpiece of this accommodation. The highlight is a beautiful private pool with panoramic views of the valley and an olive grove spanning over 10 hectares. And don't forget our new outdoor kitchen with a fire pit, perfect for preparing meals with a unique breathtaking view. Choose whether to dine under a canopy at an antique wooden table or by the poolside, kissed by the sun. Guest access Access to the property is by car to unload luggage, thereafter the car will have to be parked in the places in the village or in the fenced area of the swimming pool, the latter being within walking distance during your stay. The swimming pool is seasonal and is accessible from May 1st to September 15th; all areas are reserved for you. Other things to note On arrival you will find a small welcome basket with our own olive oil and bread, and in the bathroom the necessary washing machine and a hair dryer, both of which you can use free of charge. Just over 5 minutes away is one of the most important polo clubs in Italy, at which you can also have lunch and dinner. If you are a lover of nature and fresh air this area is perfect for you, the strategic location of our house will allow you to easily explore the wonders of the surroundings through exciting walks and hikes by car. About 30 minutes away you will be able to reach many activities, such as spas, soccer, padel and tennis courts, restaurants, bars and discos for all ages. The house has been completely renovated, but doors and windows are original, so some may make noise when opened or closed. The house is on one floor, but to reach it you need to take a flight of stairs. Please note: the house and the pool are NOT adjacent, they are about 200 meters walking distance away, the pool is surrounded by Tuscan nature, so it is possible for insects to be present during certain times of the year, there are many traps to limit their presence. Free cats and dogs are present in the village. Both rooms have air conditioning, one with a wall unit and one with a mobile unit.
