The space This basement unit is used exclusively for Airbnb guests, offering a private, fully-equipped space with 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, and in-unit washer and dryer. Your private entrance (yellow door) and dedicated parking space are both located behind the house. Please use the back gate to access the unit. While we live upstairs with our small Yorkie and toddler, the interior staircase connecting the units remains securely locked to ensure your privacy. You may occasionally hear light household noise, but sound machines are provided for your comfort, and we observe quiet hours. That said, you don’t need to whisper or tiptoe—feel free to enjoy your time, play music, relax, and make yourself at home within respectful hours. The temperature is adjustable—just message your host if you’d like it changed. This is a strictly non-smoking property, including e-cigarettes. Due to the home’s layout, smoke/vapor can drift easily. If needed, please smoke well away from the house. Guests have access to our shared back deck, a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, catch up on work, or relax after a day in the city.
