A Weber Baby Q BBQ is available for guest use, there is an additional cleaning charge of $30 if the BBQ is not cleaned after use. Downstairs: 3 Bedrooms, open plan living, dining, and kitchen. Laundry, bathroom (separate shower and bath), separate toilet. (2x Queen beds, 2x Single beds, 1x single foldaway mattress) Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, 1 with ensuite. 2nd living area. (2x Queen beds, 1x single fold out sofa seat) There is a firepit available for use, BYO firewood. The firepit cannot be used unless the terms and conditions have been agreed to. Subject to availability of firewood and fire ban restrictions. There is a beach cabana and beach trolley available for guest use. Shade coverage is 4m2. Self-contained kitchen with cookware, serve wear, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and fridge freezer. Guest access The whole property is available for private guest use. Other things to note There is a pond at the bottom of the property that is not fenced off, young children must be supervised at all times while outside.
