A bright, spacious and airy room, entirely on the ground floor. It features independent access to the porch and the garden. The private bathroom is fully accessible for guests with disabilities or reduced mobility. The space Breakfast is not included in the indicated rate. At our agriturismo, breakfast is available from Monday to Saturday, between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., excluding public holidays. The cost of breakfast is €10 per adult per night. Every day (including holidays), upon request, you can purchase our Breakfast Bag, to be enjoyed outside the rooms. CHECK-IN: from 3:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. CHECK-OUT: until 10:00 a.m. BREAKFAST: from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Pets are not allowed. The room rate includes: private bathroom, Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning, mini-fridge, enclosed private parking, bed linen, bath towels, and bathroom courtesy kit. Bed linen is changed weekly and at every guest change. Bath towels are replaced every two nights (excluding public holidays). Additional changes of linen and/or towels can be requested at an extra cost. You can reach Padua city centre in about 15 minutes by car (7.5 km), or by tram (drive to the Guizza SUD terminal car park, 4.5 km away, then take the tram to the city centre in about 10 minutes).
