Hiring from 2 to 12 people. Located in the heart of the Saône & Loire in a green and wooded area. The cottage has a garden with deckchairs, picnic table, BBBQ, bread oven, plancha, playground, table tennis, boules pitch, all in a secure area. Option of private rental of the adjoining communal hall. All charges included (heating, electricity). Deposit 500€. On request rental of sheets €8 per bed and towels €6 per person. Cleaning service 100€. Raclette machine for 12 available. The space Independent rural lodging, on 1st floor with a large staircase. 125 square metters, bright, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 private toilet. Outdoor space for lunch, BBQ and wood heated bread oven. Guest access Full access not shared with anybody else Other things to note Ideal for family metings, weddings, or country side holidays. Special fee for access to the village hall in the same place, never used separately ,if not by the guests of the gîte Shops nearby. Cleaning is not optional and 100€.
