The space Step into the enchanting world of Alkis Farm and Residence with a stay at the delightful Mylos residence. This 75 sqm ground-floor dwelling, once the estate's mill, can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The residence showcases a unique blend of history and modern amenities with its 2 inviting bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and the other with a double bed. A well-equipped kitchen and a warm dining room set the stage for spending time with your loved ones. Mylos features an indoor bathroom with a shower, while an outdoor bathroom preserves the traditional architectural style, with a key and lock ensuring its exclusive use. A fifth guest can be accommodated on a built-in sofa upon request. Our accommodation offers a spacious shared pool while the adjacent dining area creates an excellent shared space for socializing. Prioritizing eco-friendliness, adjustable ceiling fans replace air conditioning, taking advantage of the natural cool climate of the area, due its elevation. TVs are not included by default, but are available to our guests upon request. Guest access The residence is exclusively for guests. The property has a shared pool for the 3 residences. Other things to note * Cleaning and towel and bed linen is provided every 4 days. * Pets are welcome. * Kindly note that according to the accommodation’s policies there is a fully refundable* damage deposit of 300.00 Euros, payable in cash upon arrival, applicable for all guests in case of serious damage to the property and all items therein. The damage deposit is refunded on the day of departure after the relevant inspection of the property. * Breakfast is offered from May 15 to October 15, upon extra charge.
