The house sits on a quiet and majestic street with trees and the mountains nearby. The space Newly remodeled home with attention to all details. A family of 4 has loved this house for many years, and now with kids in college, mom and dad are off for some adventure. We hope you will enjoy our place while we are away. Guest access Private driveway and street parking plentiful. Other things to note There is a guest house on the property that may be occupied by owners or other guest. The cottage is tucked away in the large yard out of site, and you will have access to the full property and all amenities. There is also an organic farm at the back of the property, and our farmer, Farmer Jake, will access the property a few times weekly to tend the farm. You are welcome to pick any veggies or flowers from the garden for your cooking needs We will add 12% Occupancy Tax to your reservation in the final quote. Airbnb does not allow this tax to be added to the original price for some very strange reason, so we have to collect it manually. Sorry about this, it is an LA County tax obligation. :(
