Located high above the quiet and beautiful end of Sairee Beach, Banana Villa's view of the bay is unique. It's a spacious 2 bed modern pool villa with privacy and surrounded by nature. You may not want to leave, but if you do you are a 10 min walk from the popular Sairee Beach. It's been refurbished in 2023 and includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. We're experienced locals, happy to give advice and make bookings on your behalf to ensure your stay is relaxing and fun. The space If chilled vibes and stunning vistas over the sparkling waters are what you want from your vacation this is the place for you. Banana Villa is a one-of-a-kind villa, ideally located on the peaceful north end of Sairee Beach. A short walk/scooter ride will take you to the restaurants and bars of nearby Sairee town. The new sala and sundeck offer you the chance to look south along Sairee Beach, watch the harbor traffic and take in the spectacular sunshine and azure blue ocean Koh Tao is famous for. Your biggest decision is 'Hammock or sun lounger'? As well as offering absolute privacy and serenity, Banana Villa boasts all the modern amenities needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. These include swimming pool, hi-speed WiFi, smart TV, a well equipped kitchenette and AC in every bedroom. There are many living spaces to relax and chill in. Including a large wooden sundeck area, sun terraces and an indoor living room complete with comfy family sofa and new 50'' smart TV. There is a separate dining area as well as a breakfast bar. Airy interiors with modern décor throughout the property. Banana Villa comes with a well-equipped kitchenette. However, if you don't wish to do any cooking whilst you are on holiday there are numerous delivery menus provided for nearby restaurants. They will bring food to your door (at no extra charge), from 07:00 to 22:00. We also provide tea, coffee, milk, sugar and drinking water free of charge. It is a 2-bedroom villa (sleeps up to 6 people) that is split into two levels. There is one bedroom on the lower level with the master bedroom, living area and pool/sala on the upper level. And with 2 bathrooms, each with their own toilet and shower, there is never an issue with over-crowding! Both bedrooms have perfect sea views. Please note at maximum capacity, 2 of the 6 guests will be sleeping on a sofa bed in the master bedroom. You can walk to the nearest town of Sairee in 15/20 minutes, and the north end of the beach in 10 minutes. Most visitors will choose rental scooters if they are familiar with driving them as this offers the best options for affordable exploring of the island. We can arrange for these to be delivered to the villa (or collected at the pier) by a reputable bike rental shop. If you do not want to walk or ride then simply call our taxi driver (he speaks great English and is very reliable). Every two days our housekeeper will come to clean the house and swimming pool, re-supply drinking water and remove rubbish. Every 4 days we will change bedding and towels. We supply all guests with bath towels, pool towels and shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. Guest access The building consists of one villa, and one apartment. Both have separate entrances and don't have any shared spaces. Other things to note Banana Villa offers everything you want from a modern pool villa. Perfectly situated in Koh Tao's exclusive North Sairee beach. It's a short walk to the beach while offering peace and privacy with heavenly views. The property is not suitable for toddlers and young children, but is perfect for groups of friends, or families with older children (age 12+).
