Room rates include accommodations, bath linen (1 large towel and 1 small towel), household linen (kitchen towel and bath mat), bed linen, a cleaning kit, final cleaning (except for the kitchen area and dishes), TV, and all taxes and fees (except the tourist tax). The reception is located in the Saskia Falaise building. After booking, you may reserve the exact location of your accommodations by contacting the residence directly. Location preferences are subject to availability and may incur an additional cost. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe specified in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Please note that any modification may incur additional charges. Credit card is the only accepted method of payment. Parking is available at the resort entrance, as the entire resort is a pedestrian area. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. This apartment features a living area with two single sofa beds and one pull-out bed (recommended for children), as well as a sleeping alcove with two bunk beds and one bedroom with a double bed. It includes one independent bathroom with a bath or a shower. The fully equipped kitchenette opens onto the living area. Guests are kindly requested to clean the kitchen area before departure. Please note that this accommodations offers spectacular unobstructed mountain views. These accommodations benefit from a balcony and are located on the highest floors of the residence (from the 5th floor in the Malinka building and from the 6th floor in the Saskia building, accessible by elevator). Some of these accommodations have not yet been renovated by our experts and are located in one of the residence’s seven buildings.
