The semi-detached vacation home is located on the outskirts of the village, on a residential street overlooking the countryside and the distance. Accommodation for 4-5 people. The well-kept garden property and terrace invite you to relax and sunbathe in a sheltered atmosphere. Whether you are looking for peace and quiet or want to experience a varied vacation, here you will find nature, sun, wind and water. Two playgrounds in the immediate vicinity were newly built in 2020, directly on the lake and in the village center. A complete renovation and refurbishment in 2021 make the cottage a modern and cozy retreat. Families as well as couples will find an ingenious layout of the house. 105 square meters of living space spread over two floors. 2 bedrooms on the upper floor, each with 1 double bed, extra bed/guest bed possible in the bedroom, 1 guest toilet on the upper floor, hallway on the upper floor, ground floor - kitchen, utility room with washing machine and dryer, hallway on the ground floor, living room with pellet fireplace, covered terrace and other seating in the garden, large bicycle storage room on the property, a carport and other car parking facilities are available. When using the pellet fireplace in the living room, a 15 kg bag of pellets can be booked on site for 12 euros, depending on your needs. The municipality of Wildberg can be reached from the federal highway A20 via the Altentreptow connection. The west of the municipality borders Lake Kastorf. The lake has an approximate length of 2.1 kilometers and a width of 500 meters in the middle of the lake, an area of approx. 64 hectares – 90 football fields.
