All beaches are between 10 and 25 minutes walk: Môle Beach, Richelieu, Rochelongue, Roquille and the cove of the Grande Conque (black sand beach in the shape of a crescent) accessible along the volcanic cliffs of Cap d'Agde. It is located on the 2nd floor without elevator access and has a small balcony overlooking Place Saint Clair. The apartment consists of the following: KITCHENETTE, equipped with an electric hob (2 burners), a microwave oven and a built-in oven, a top refrigerator, a filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster. LIVING ROOM overlooking the balcony, with a bed (Ikea) a place unfolding to offer a bed for 2 people (160 x 190) with bed linen at your disposal. A standing table with 2 high chairs, a TV on furniture (with lots of storage), a small coffee table and AIR CONDITIONING. 🅿️ ALSACE LORRAINE PARKING LOT: For parking, the nearest parking lot is located right in front of the residence (it is the Alsace Lorraine parking lot). The rate is €0.60 for 15 min, or €2.40/hour.
