The living area has a comfortable couch, floor rug, wooden tables and a mounted Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney + and Stan apps all included. Through the sheer curtains the glass doors lead out onto the huge 80sqm private south-facing courtyard. Relax in the swinging hammock with cushions listening to the morning and afternoon sounds of kookaburras. Enjoy your evenings here beneath the hanging lights around the outdoor seating area. Beneath the hanging pendant lighting, the kitchen has a fridge, oven, 6 burner gas stovetop with rangehood, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee pod machine. This looks out onto greenery at the entrance of the apartment. The master bedroom has a Double bed, full length floor mirror, wardrobe, wall lights and hanging ceiling light- all featuring stunning rattan and light wood colourings. This room has its own entry to the outside courtyard through glass sliding doors, so you can see and hear the bird life including Willy Wagtails, 28’s and kookaburra’s directly from the bed. The second bedroom has a Double bed, rattan bedside tables with hanging ceiling side lights and a wooden wardrobe. The fully renovated bathroom has a shower, toilet, single vanity basin and mirrors above the wooden cupboard. Complimentary starter pack of Outback Essence guest amenities supplied. Parking bay for 1 car included. You will have access to the entire property during your stay. We are available to answer any questions via our Guest App or over the phone during your stay. If there is something that requires attention during your stay, we will be able to attend within approximately 30 minutes. There are some beautiful backstreets to walk down up the top end of McNamara, leading to Jasper Green Reserve, a gorgeous park with ocean views. The closest café is ‘The Other Side’ (sister café to the famous ‘Daisies’). ‘Vinotto’ wine bar is just across the road from there too. Daisies and North St Store are just under 15 minute walk. Vans is just over 15 mins. With more than a kilometre (0.6 miles) of pure white sand, Cottesloe Beach is one of Perth's most popular spots for swimming, snorkelling and surfing. Generations of West Australians have spent summer days diving into the ocean from the distinctive floating bell just offshore. Watch the sun set over the Indian Ocean while enjoying a glass of wine, a refreshing beer or a relaxed dinner. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
