Our holiday home, in the middle of a large orchard, with three separate apartments, is located in a 20 soul place near Stralsund and the Baltic Sea. If you are looking for peace, relaxation and a large garden, you are just right with us. Since it is 3 apartments there are sufficient bedrooms and especially bathroom (4) Note: no TV, poor cell phone reception The space the house consists of three large spacious individual apartments, which are also rented individually by us. The holiday apartments are designed for 2.4 or 10 people. Each has its own bathroom with shower. The large apartment even two bathrooms one with a bath The kitchens are fully equipped (dishes, refrigerators and cooking areas) and in each apartment there is at least one fireplace. The 4 bathroom with toilet, sink and shower (on the ground floor) is located directly in the apartments and is exclusively for the tenants of this apartment. The terrace are directly accessible on the ground floor through a large terrace door. The large apartment on the upper floor has its terrace next to the house entrance. On the large terrace (all about 35m²) there is a gazebo set up as sunscreen under the table and accordingly many chairs are waiting for you. The terrace is fully lit. The kitchens all are different but always fully usable but always fully usable. Dishes/cutlery is sufficiently available. You have fridges and dishwashers in every apartment. Guest access As guests of the vacation home, you have exclusive access to your terrace, which are equipped with a gazebo. In addition, we can also set up a barbecue with associated barbecue utensils if necessary. The terraces have a natural privacy screen through the bushes that surround it and another privacy screen, which is built from the firewood for your fireplace. is also waiting for you: a large orchard with about 20 fruit trees (apples, pears, cherries, plums and walnuts) and many berry bushes such as currants or gooseberries (bromine and raspberries are planned). From the end of June there is always something to eat and that is also what we want. From mid-April onwards, all fruit trees will gradually be in bloom and simply look wonderful. Campfire Site Here, a large fire bowl and circular pallet benches invite you to "stare at the male fire" (as our son used to say). Of course, a barbecue can be taken to the fireplace. The fire pit has an electric lamp and a power outlet nearby. But it's not covered. Laundry place Although this apartment is not equipped with washing machine, we are happy to offer you the use of washing machine in the utility room in the same house. The laundry can then be dried on a clothesline that is not in the garden and nicely hidden behind a high hedge. Other things to note Our house is completely hidden at the end of a cul-de-sac of a small village, even more tranquility you can hardly find:) .
