Our vacation home, surrounded by a large orchard, with three separate apartments, is located in a village of 20 inhabitants near Stralsund and the Baltic Sea. If you're looking for peace, relaxation and a large garden, you've come to the right place. Since there are 3 apartments, there are enough bedrooms and especially bathrooms (4) available Attention: no TV, poor cell phone reception The space the house consists of three large spacious individual apartments, which we also rent individually. The apartments are designed for 2, 4 or 10 people. Each has its own bathroom with shower. The large apartment even has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. The kitchens are fully equipped (dishes, refrigeration and cooking areas) and in each apartment there is at least one fireplace. The 4 bathrooms with toilet, sink and shower (ground level) is located directly in the apartments and is exclusively for the tenants of this apartment. The terrace are accessible on the ground floor directly through a large terrace door. The large apartment upstairs has its terrace next to the house entrance. On the large terrace (all about 35 m²), a pavilion is set up as sun protection under the tables and a corresponding number of chairs are waiting for you. The terrace is fully lit. The kitchens are all different but always fully usable. Dishes/silverware are sufficiently available. You have refrigerators and dishwashers in each apartment. Guest access As guests of the vacation home, you have sole access to your terrace, which is equipped with a pavilion. In addition, we can also set up a grill with associated grill cutlery if required. The terraces have a natural privacy screen through the bushes that surround them and another privacy screen that is built from the firewood for your fireplace. also waiting for you: a large orchard with about 20 fruit trees (apples, pears, cherries, plums and walnut) and many berry bushes such as currants or gooseberries (blackberries and raspberries are in the planning stage). From the end of June there is always something to snack on and that is also what we want. Starting in mid-April, all the fruit trees are gradually in bloom and look just wonderful. Campfire area Here a large fire pit and pallet benches set up in a circle invite you to "male fire staring" (as our son likes to say). Of course, a grill can be taken to the fireplace. The fireplace has an electric lamp and an outlet nearby. But it's not covered. Laundry area This apartment is not equipped with a washing machine, but on request we can offer you the use of the washing machine in the utility room in the same house. The laundry can then be dried on a clothesline, which is not in the garden and nicely hidden behind a high hedge. Other things to note Our house is completely hidden at the end of a dead end road of a small village, you can hardly find more peace :) .
