Villa Aurea is in a residential area, 20 minutes far from Lake Como, Milano and Monza, as well as 15 by car from Rho Fiera Milano. It located in a hilly area, in front of the “Parco delle Groane”, and next to its bicycle lanes; furthermore, it is at less than 150 meters from Barlassina’s prestigious Golf Club. The space With a square footage over 4305,56 ft², the villa is three stories high and has five spacious and well-lit bedrooms., as well as three restrooms and two living rooms with couches and smart TVs. The ground floor entrance enables access to a gorgeous living room, in a spacious and luminous setting, where to spend relaxing moments with friends and family. The large glass walls allow sunlight to flood the room, creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere. The garden, like the two balconies on the second floor, is the ideal place to live moments of peace and calm (far from the city’s stress and frenzy), where to enjoy and atmosphere of serenity and quiet, which make the place a real slice of heaven. All five bedrooms (four of which are on the ground floor, while the suite is on the upper one) were designed and furnished to ensure maximal comfort and a functional stay. High-quality bedsheets and towels are available in each room. The Boffi kitchen offers hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, tea pot, complete silverware and a dining table. The three untouched bathrooms (two of which are on the ground floor, while another is on the upper one) have shower/bathtub, sink, lavatory, bidet, hairdryer and a welcome with shampoo and shower gel. There is a washing machine in the villa. A wonderful area is available on the upper floor, equipped with multifunctional shower; the room is adorned with mosaics, Credaro stone and floor spotlights. The villa has an air conditioner and two fireplaces (a main one in the living room and a secondary one in the studio on the second floor). Two gracious balconies, furnished with table and chairs, with a view on the marvellous “Parco delle Groane”, complete the villa. Indeed, there is a playground with a basketball court, from where the bicycle lanes begin, in front of the villa. The villa is equipped with optical fibre which makes Wi-Fi connection particularly fast and perfect for working from home. Additionally, a wired broadcasting system allows gust to listen to music to their liking. The villa has a private garage with a capacity of four cars. The house was conceived by two architectural firms: one made sure that its structure complies with the Yoga principles of living., while the other focused on interior design. The latter carefully selected different structural details, such as walls of Credaro stone, drywall for play of light, white and Celtic, wooden walls), glass doors for environment clarity, internal and external lighting and whatnot. Part of the villa was conceived with a double-hight ceiling and wide glass walls to favour light as a source of life.
