It is ideal for two people. The house has been recently renovated and newly furnished. It consists of a spacious double bedroom complete with a wardrobe, ceiling fan, and air conditioner. A comfortable separate living room at the entrance with DTV, framed inside by an old fireplace, used as a bookcase and exposed stone walls on the sides. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, refrigerator for two people, microwave, American coffee machine, mocha and a kettle. In the center of the kitchen, there is a comfortable raised dining table for two. The bright bathroom with a large shower is complete with a bidet and a washing machine. Outside you can enjoy a large courtyard, complete with a table and chairs for dining, armchairs and a garden sofa, a partition separates the space from the rest of the main house. The cottage is attached to the main house, in the courtyard there is a partition that divides the main house with the Rovettina. The garden is fenced. The parking space inside the garden is there, but to access it you have to enter a narrow and old street, I advise against those who have large cars to access it, I will give all the information on where you can park for free near the house.
