The space The single-story house has an equipped kitchen (Senseo, microwave, oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer), a large walk-in shower room, toilet, living room and dining table Three beautiful bright bedrooms with 160 x 200 beds, 160 x 200 and mezzanine bed of 90 at the top and 140 × 190 at the bottom. Both bedrooms with queen size bedding have a TV. Dressing room in each of the bedrooms Fenced garden In order to enjoy the summer, garden furniture and a gas barbecue are at your disposal. Drop off your luggage and enjoy its central location to visit - the Center Parcs and its Aquamundo - Bois aux Daims estate (5 minutes) - Doué-la-Fontaine Zoo/BioParc (30 minutes) - Parc de la Vallée (40 min) - the Loire Valley castles, - the Futuroscope (1 hour) - Puy du Fou (1 hour 30 minutes) Bed linen and towels are included in the rental. We offer you a welcome kit for your first night (tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper) Welcome home! Guest access It is impossible to make the garage available. Other things to note No smoking or vaping is allowed in the house. The barbecue is available from May 1st to September 30th. Please clean it after use, otherwise, a flat fee of €20 will be requested.
