It is located just above the garden of the Church of the Annunziata and is accessed from the Serpentina, a tree-lined road that crosses the green lung that connects Termini Alta with Termini Bassa; equidistant (15 min walk) from the beach and the train station. The space The house is spread over several floors connected by an exposed wooden staircase and consists of a living space furnished with Chester leather sofas and armchairs, with a fireplace, TV and dining area; a kitchen/dining room, with a built-in kitchen and adjoining laundry room; a master bedroom, with a walk-in closet and private terrace from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the Church of the Annunziata, the city, the port and Mount Eurako; an attic with a double bed, also with a small panoramic terrace, where you can enjoy relaxing moments in the sun; two marble bathrooms: one with a bathtub/shower and one with a shower. Downstairs, the internal staircase leads to a basement room, characterized by a large arch and stone walls, where a space has been set up as a TV and entertainment room, equipped with a 65" Sky-Glass TV with access to Netflix, Sky, Paramount platforms and served by a comfortable and relaxing corner sofa, convertible into a bed if required. All rooms are equipped with independent heating and there are heat pumps for summer air conditioning. The use of the fireplace is allowed, in compliance with the attached safety instructions; the wood-burning barbecue in the kitchen is forbidden, kept only as evidence of the original layout of the house.
