Sunny 2.5 room apartment with a south-west facing balcony and a wonderful view of the Alps. There are public parking spaces in front of the accommodation, which you can use for free. Once you have arrived in the building, you can easily take the elevator directly in front of the apartment. Enjoy the fantastic view from the living room or with a glass of wine on the balcony. An open kitchen invites you to cook and is equipped with everything you need. The space The idyllic accommodation has 2.5 light-flooded rooms, an open kitchen from which you can also enjoy the fantastic view and a sunny south-west balcony. All rooms can be darkened using roller shutters. Room 1: Bedroom with 1.80 x 200 king size bed, dressing table and wardrobe. Room 2: Living & dining area with open kitchen and comfortable sofa bed for 2 people (140 x 200). The dining table can be used as a workplace. Both rooms are separated by the hallway and doors. The bathroom is in the middle of the hallway, which ensures privacy. For a stay with 3 or 4 people: The sofa bed will be converted into a bed prior to your arrival. Guest access Via the entrance area and the elevator you reach the 2nd floor of the building, where your accommodation is located. Access to the basement and the building's garage is forbidden. Other things to note You can take the bus (line 3), which runs very frequently and until late in the evening, within few minutes to the city center of Ravensburg, to the train station and back again. -> Entry at the RV Weinberg bus stop. Runs every 15-30 minutes. 🚌
