Elite Suite with private parking

Elite is a modern premium apartment (with private parking) located on the main road of a safe area near the sea (Kalamitsa Beach) and 4 minutes by car from the center of Kavala. It can accommodate up to 4 people and is suitably equipped even for multi-day stays, all year round. It is located on a floor of a newly built apartment building of luxurious construction and has 2 balconies. It is designed to make your vacation in Kavala unforgettable! The space Entering the apartment and crossing the corridor, on the right we find 2 doors, the bathroom and the bedroom. Continuing straight we find the fully equipped kitchen and to the left the bright living room with the balcony. In the bedroom there is a king size bed with orthopedic mattress, 3-door wardrobe, smart TV with Netflix and balcony. In the living room there is a corner sofa bed with a separate mattress, a 55'' smart TV with Netflix and a spacious balcony with awnings, screens, a table and chairs, where you can enjoy your meal or wine. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare your meals. The apartment is equipped with all electrical appliances (washing machine, dryer, large refrigerator, stove, microwave, filter coffee maker, espresso machine, 2 smart TVs, screens, electric awnings, electric shutters, blackout curtains and security door with keypad and key). The heating and cooling of the space is done with a heat pump with radiators, as well as with 2 A/C, separately for each room. Upon request by the guest, a baby cot is available, with a mattress and all the necessary bed linen to accommodate a small child. You also provide free parking for the guests' car! Guest access The entire apartment is available to our guests. Access is by elevator. Other things to note The entire space, surfaces, furniture, doorknobs and remote controls are cleaned and disinfected in accordance with the special COVID-19 health protocols.
