SIMOS' sea view house

The space is ideal for the whole family or couples seeking relaxation, comfort, tranquility and contact with nature. The house is located at the highest point of Nikopolis, on the edge of the village, offering endless views of the Ionian Sea, Ancient Nikopolis as well as the Ambracian Gulf which is one of the national parks of Greece. Monolithi, one of the largest beaches in Europe with fine pebbles, is 2.5 km away, featuring organized beach bars. The space The 100 sqm house has an air-conditioned living room with a corner sofa, dining room and fireplace, a comfortable kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary appliances as well as a four-seater dining table, three air-conditioned bedrooms as well as a spacious bathroom with a washing machine. In addition, protective bed rails are provided as well as a playpen with a baby mattress if needed. All rooms have balcony doors and windows with curtains. Two smart TVs (43 and 32 inch), Wi-Fi and NETFLIX are available. Guest access The house is on the first floor and has a private entrance with an external rotating staircase. It has balconies offering endless views in all directions where you can have your breakfast or relax at any time of the day. At street level within the fence, there are gardens with grass and flowers which my wife Stella and I take care of with much love. In addition, there is a space covered with grass, a table and chairs where you can enjoy your afternoon coffee as well as swings, basketball and other toys for our little friends.
