Only a 12-minute walk to town, 2 minutes from the light rail (tramp). Many people love this home and have returned again and again. Good for couples, families and business travelers. BED LINEN & TOWELS: Feel free to bring your own, but you can also rent fresh sets here for 10 euros per set Less quiet dogs are welcome for a small fee. The space You can expect a top-notch fair trade experience. The house is from 1895, so it exudes a good soul and coziness. Renovated with good solutions, so the house has retained its sweet style. Guest access You have a private entrance to the house here, but you share the entrance to the front house with other tenants. Other things to note CLEANING & PARKING IMPORTANT: All our sweet guests leave good feedback 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 You get 5 stars if you leave the apartment as it was when you arrived. CLEANING: We have 30 minutes of preparation included in the price. A few guests leave the apartment in such poor condition that we spend several hours re-preparing. This costs 70 euros per hour. PARKING: You can park for free just around the corner on the road Østerled, but you can also rent a private parking space on our property for 8 euros per day.
