Nestled in nature, above the Rhine Valley with stunning views, our modern apartment is located in the architect's house built in 2021. The apartment is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Nürburgring, Andernacher Gysir, Laacher See, Vulkaneifel as well as the Rhine Valley, Ahr and Mosel region. The space The 33 sqm apartment in the architect's house is equipped with a bedroom with a double bed. In the open living/dining area there is a sofa bed, which offers another 2 sleeping places (e.g. children for short stays). The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a shower and a washing machine in the bathroom. In the courtyard there is a cozy seating area. A grill can also be provided on request. There is a parking space at the house with an electric car charging station. Guest access Guests have access to the apartment with private access, the courtyard and the free parking space. We as hosts live in the neighboring house.
