Our home provides all the amenities & convenience you'll need for a fun & relaxing getaway in the Wenatchee Valley. Enjoy our private garden w/ pool, hot tub, and plenty of lounging space. We are just 30 min. to Leavenworth & Mission Ridge, 45 min to Lake Chelan, & 1 hr from the Gorge. 12 min drive to shopping, restaurants, & Columbia river trail. We have a beautiful home with both a bonus tv room and living room w/ TV which is great for larger groups wanting to do different things. THIS LISTING IS for 3 bedrooms/3 bath sleeping 8-9 guests. We have the Primary King bedroom, Queen room, Twin over Full bunk room with pull-out Twin trundle and a comfortable memory foam Queen cabinet Murphy Bed in the bonus room. This comfortably sleeps 8-9. *We do have an additional bedroom we can open for 2 more sleeping options that has a queen bed and closet space, but that is an extra $150 per night. Please let us know if you would like us to open that room and we can charge you separately for the extra room. Message us for pictures.* 3 driveway parking spaces and 2 street parking spaces. Fancher Heights Plateau is a beautiful quiet neighborhood that sits high on the plateau overlooking the Columbia River, Wenatchee, and the mountain views. You are just minutes walking distance to beautiful lookout points, and several mountain walking trails. 12 minutes to town, and 9 minute drive to the Columbia River walking trail that loops around all of Wenatchee. The neighborhood is quiet and has plenty of street parking as well as 3 driveway spots. Even room for RV parking by request! Great biking neighborhood and only a 5 minute bike ride to great mountain trails. Although there is not a full-time animal living in the house, we do have both a feline and canine visitor (Knox & Bernard) that do have overnights. We have a strict no pet policy so not to have any scent competition. *If you or anyone else in your party is allergic to dogs and/or cats they may want to bring some allergy medication JIC or find a spot that is animal free!
