One Jersey Cottage is situated on a beautiful country estate situated on the border of Cambridgeshire and Suffolk. Our property is the ideal place to stay whilst staying away from home on business or pleasure. The A1307 is easily accessible for convenient travel to the city of Cambridge or events at Audley End, IWM Duxford or Newmarket Racecourse. The space One Jersey Cottage was refurbished in 2023 and has been tastefully decorated and comprises accommodation to include: Modern kitchen, cosy living room, Three Bedrooms - Master bedroom with Kingsize Bed, Twin bedoom, Dressing Room/Office space (additional fold up bed can be provided on request to sleep up to 5 guests) and fully tiled modern shower room. The garden is well tended and mainly laid to lawn with a shingled seating area. The property also has parking available for two vehicles (additional parking can be arranged on request) The property is well equipped with amenities to provide a home-from-home experience. This includes appliances - fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. Crisp white bed linen, towels and complimentary, environmentally friendly toiletries are also included as well as puzzles and games! Guest access The entire property and it's enclosed gardens are for your sole use. Access to other property and the grounds of the wider estate is not permitted Other things to note Local amenities are provided at the nearby village of Linton (2 miles) with a small convenience store, a pharmacy, post office and a range of pubs. A broader range of facilities are available from Haverhill (6 miles) and the university city of Cambridge (12 miles). Jersey Cottage is in a readily accessible part of East Anglia. The A11 is 6 miles and provides dual carriage way connections to the national motorway network via the M11 and A14. London Stansted Airport is 23 miles which also has a regular rail connection to London; there are also mainline services to London from Cambridge and Audley End. Housekeeping services are available for longer stays and are not included within the price however, a price will be sent to you on enquiry. Housekeeping is provided by a professional external cleaning company so you can be assured of a high standard of cleanliness.
