Alpinloft – Modernes Appartement mit Tiroler Flair

A loft lets everything be open. That's what we're all about: plenty of space, an unobstructed view upwards, and a beautiful view over the meadows of our village. In the loft, you can stretch out, breathe deeply, and gaze at the sky. It's very bright and welcoming, modern, and a great place to live. We've chosen the best: a double bed with a comfortable mattress for a deep sleep; kitchen with all stuff when cooking for your loved one; a leather couch; and warm organic oak floors. Welcome! The space An entire floor of our family home, with a private staircase and a rain-proof balcony. The Alpine Loft is romantic and very spacious. Even if four people stay overnight (two in the box-spring bed, two on the double sofa bed), you'll still feel free to do so. We appreciate your careful use of this kingdom. Please do not bring pets. Guest access You have the Alpine Loft all to yourself. Others also use the stairs to the loft. A parking space is reserved for you. Unfortunately, there is no use of the garden. Other things to note Everyday essentials: We haven't installed a washing machine in the Alpinloft, but of course I'll wash some things upon request. For longer stays, we provide fresh towels and, if needed, fresh bed linen. If possible, please don't walk into the Alpinloft wearing hiking boots – the organic wood floor is warm and feels really nice in socks or barefoot. Sometimes guests would like to use a clothes rack, dry their hiking or ski boots, borrow an umbrella for rain or sun, or a picnic blanket. Just drop us a line. We're in the middle of nature here, so there are many farmers. I buy organic eggs, organic yogurt, and cow's milk from them (completely climate-neutral, so to speak) – I'm happy to let you know where I can find them. I make real Tyrolean bacon (smoked ham) myself in-house, following my dad's recipe. Anyone want to try it or take it as a gift? Oh yes, e-bike charging can be arranged in the garden shed, and electric car charging is possible on sunny days. We separate waste into glass, paper, plastic, and aluminum (containers in the garden shed). The coffee machine in the kitchen is a Senseo; pods are available everywhere, and some are available. Three skylights and their blinds can be opened and closed remotely. Please never open them manually. A rain sensor automatically closes the windows when it's wet.
