Welcome to The Loon Nest! Recently updated Waterfront lake House Retreat w/ Sleeping for 8. Bring your well behaved dog and enjoy being directly on the water with a 20ft dock for all your aquatic adventures. Private community beach is right next door with Picnic tables and swimming platform. The house Features 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, full kitchen, screened in porch, and also has a wood fired cedar hot tub! Come enjoy the very quiet 100 acre pond and experience an awesome getaway. The space Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials for home cooking. On top of seating for 8 in the living room, there is an outdoor sectional sofa for relaxing with a view of the lake. The bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, as well as 2 twin sized air-mattress for extra sleeping space. The cedar, wood-fired hot tub is an amazing experience! Sitting and relaxing under the stars, just feet from the water, and all you can hear is the crackling of the fire! (Indoor fireplace is for decoration only) Guest access The Whole house is yours to use and enjoy, we just ask you be respectful of the property. Other things to note The hot tub is a labor of love, and requires guests to know how to start and maintain a fire. The hot tub can take several hours to warm up at the begin of your stay. We will provide instructions, but it does require some work to get it heated & keeping it warm. It is so worth it! We do not use harsh chemicals in the hot tub, so showering before use is required to maintain water quality. The hot tub uses filtered water from the lake and is drained & cleaned before each guests arrival, but being in the woods some debris from the trees does fall into the tub and can be skimmed out.
