The accommodation is new, decorated with modern colors. On the ground floor there is an open kitchen with everything you need to cook, a sofa bed, TV, a folding table built into the wall to save space, a toilet, bathroom. On the upper floor is the bedroom with a double bed and two bunk beds and a second toilet. The entrance is independent. The space the entrance to the vacation rental being outside the property, we will provide you with a remote control in order to park your vehicle safely, you can therefore have access to the free game room including a pinball machine, air hockey billiards, the pool is accessible and heated from April 15 until September with a space for lunch or dinner you have at your disposal a barbecue you also have a relaxation area. Other things to note the property has several accommodations and as such the common areas are shared, in particular the swimming pool and game room. The swimming pool is accessible and heated from April if the outside temperature allows it, and closes in September. Hours 10 a.m. / 8 p.m. the sauna and spa are extra, the sauna rate is €30 for two people and €20 for one person, 1.5 hour session, last session 10 p.m. the price of the spa is €20 for two people and €15 for one person, 1.5 hour session, the sessions are private, access until 10 p.m. max we can offer breakfast at €8.50 per person
