Or rent any of these from local business and have delivered to house. Great for couples and small families. Due to proximity to water, not good for young children. The space Seth's Landing has been in Buck's family since the early 1900's. This home offered gorgeous views and had great "bones", but needed an owner with the time and know-how to fully renovate it. Buck was anxious to restore this property to its former glory. Seth's Landing provides great privacy and panoramic water views. Neavitt is a quintessential watermen's village where watermen have been harvesting the Bay's bounty for many generations. The towns surrounding this area offer year round entertainment including festivals, events, narrated historical cruises, food and wine tasting, and antique car and boat shows. Guest access You will have access to this entire home, its dock and waterfront. The house has a deck and gas grill. Sit by the water on the flagstone patio in a comfortable Adirondack chair around the fire pit. The home is two stories with both bedrooms located upstairs.
