The 3-room apartment with balcony is located on the 2nd floor. The fully equipped kitchen is integrated into the combined living and dining area. The balcony is protected by a window front. The bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed, in the smaller bedroom there is a sofa bed. The use of Wi-Fi, Magenta TV and a Wii game console are included. A washing machine with dryer is also available. Use of the swimming pool in the complex is included. Upon entering the apartment, you will look directly into the open living room with adjoining kitchenette, small dining room table and the open living room, from which both bedrooms can be reached. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove and oven. You can make yourself really comfortable in the living room on the corner sofa to relax. The TV in the living room is provided free of charge (in addition to cable TV) with Magenta TV with many pay TV channels, the streaming services "Telekom Megathek" and "RTL+". In addition, you can use many other apps for free, or with your own subscriptions (e.g. Netflix, Prime or Spotify). The bedroom is small, but both sides of the bed are easily accessible through the existing room doors. The (1.80 m wide and 2 m long) high box spring bed offers a comfortable sleeping area. Watching TV is also fun in bed. The sofa in the guest room can be converted into a bed (W 1.30 m x L 1.90 m). A small TV with app functions and a Wii game console complete the small room. Daylight penetrates (exclusively) through the small windows through the bedroom. In the fully equipped kitchen you can cook like at home. A large refrigerator including freezer, as well as a dishwasher are also available. The modern bathroom is equipped with a large shower. A washing machine with an integrated dryer offers the opportunity to arrive with less clothing in your luggage, even for longer stays. In addition, the storage room offers sufficient storage space to store cleaning agents, various cosmetics and other items. An ironing board with iron is also there. The balcony is protected by a window front, so you can use it in the evening, in cooler temperatures or even strong gusts of wind.
