Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you in Barèges, this charming apartment with ski resort accessible on foot, of a surface of 38 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. Located on the first floor, it is composed of a nice living room of 17 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a terrace to enjoy the mountain air. We are waiting for you ! The space The accommodation consists of the following: - A 17 m² living room with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, rotating heat oven, microwave oven grill, toaster, dishwasher, induction cooktop, refrigerator with a small freezer, Dolce Gusto and filter coffee machine... - Bedroom 1 cabin: bunk beds. - Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160 × 200). - A bathroom with shower. - Separate toilet Outdoor: - A terrace of about 8 m², facing North West, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. Available if needed: washing machine, plancha, dryer, ironing board and iron. Barèges is a small village nestled in the middle of the forest at an altitude of 1,240 m, the highest thermal spa in France. You will be close to all the essential shops but also shops, restaurants, bars, market... Activities: - In summer and winter you can enjoy the Ciéléo thermal leisure center with its starry vault and stunning views of the valley. - Come and enjoy the largest ski resort in the Hautes-Pyrénées, the free ski-bus shuttle passes every 30 minutes in winter and brings you to the foot of the slopes. - Hiking, mountain biking, spa, balneo, snowshoeing, skiing, paragliding... Transportation: - You can park directly in the garage (1 vehicle). - Ski bus shuttle every 30 minutes. - Nearest train station: Lourdes 41 minutes away - Nearest airport: Tarbes Lourdes 51 minutes away Other remarks: - The cleaning at the end of the stay is to be done by you (or in addition to our service provider on site). Price €70. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, for an additional fee (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
