Villa in Oria

Forget all worries in this spacious oasis of serenity! We are located in an eighteenth-century villa with a large pool equipped with a Jacuzzi, situated in the heart of upper Salento a few kilometers from Oria. The property has 4 bedrooms, kitchen,3 bathrooms and air conditioners for hot and cold air. One of the 4 rooms is outside in an elegant annex. Large swimming pool with barbecue, deck chairs and relaxation area. All is surrounded by green lawn and olive trees, parking and free wi-fi. The space The highlight of the facility is undoubtedly the wonderful pool, with diving board and 6-seater jacuzzi, where you can relax after a day in Salento! The stone kitchen, equipped with a wood-burning oven, will be able to guarantee you pizzas and grills at will, immersed in the tranquility of the centuries-old olive trees. Part of the complex is a small vegetable garden and a chicken coop with chickens, always available for vegetables and fresh eggs. Internally there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a beautiful living room with fireplace and billiards. Externally, near the kitchen, there is an outbuilding with the fourth bedroom, as well as an additional bathroom. The pool is equipped with sunbeds and an outdoor shower. On request, a themed dinner can be arranged, with a choice of meat, fish or pizza and also a tasting of local Apulian wines. Guest access Our guests will have full and total access to the entire Villa, without restrictions. Keep in mind that for the normal and necessary maintenance of the outdoor spaces (pool, vegetable garden, chicken coop etc.) one of our staff members needs to come to the property, but will never disturb your peace and will do so during daylight hours.
